Foot Pain On The Outside After A Jog Sore Foot When I Put My Weight On It - See A Doctor?

Sore foot when i put my weight on it - see a doctor? - foot pain on the outside after a jog

took a few weeks ago, running, and now my left foot hurts near the outside. You can run cos i havent done anything wrong.
I have stitches in it every time I put all my weight on it. Ive been suspended for two days without improvement - How long should I stop before I see a doctor? Thanks

Sprain.

Go to your doctor if nothing else tells you, as the sprain, and give an idea of how long it takes to recover.

Most sprains can be treated without visiting a doctor when treated properly.

The use of rice for the first 24 to 48 hours after the accident, and since then the use of meat is

There should be no reason for a doctor after the use of rice and meat to see that for a while.

If after 2 weeks, you still have pain, it might be useful to talk to your doctor, but a departure in May last 6 to 8 weeks to heal completely, and if not managed properly can cause problems for the rest of your life .

This happened two weeks ago had worked on a scale of two days and could barely walk, the muscles I use for massage (Voltaren or direct heat lows)
and rested for one or two days are now very well again, I think this is probably due to shock or ligerments tense.
Hope this helps.

depends on the pain. Can you go to all this? If not, go see your doctor. If so, then only the ice and take Aleve for pain. It should improve within a few days.
